- Refund Policy – There are no refunds after 48 hours. If you decide this program is not for you within 48 hours you can choose to be refunded but will be required to pay for any services provided.
- Cancellation Policy – This individual coaching is a 3 month minimum commitment. You may cancel at anytime with 72 hour notice after your 3 month commitment is complete. If you wish to continue your nutrition coaching you will be automatically enrolled in our month to month ongoing program. You may cancel the month to month coaching at any time with a 72 hour notice.
- Fulfillment – Functional Eating, LLC shall provide Customers with customized Nutrition Coaching through our white labeled Trainerize App and shall perform the fulfillment, technical and professional services through that app until cancelled in conjunction with policy listed above. Professional services include: recommended meal plans, direct messaging through the Trainerize App, and two video conference calls per month for the duration on the agreement.
